+ This hotel had a great view of the ski slope, the food was great and the staff was friendly and attentive.

- The billiard and tennis table room was awful. It needs dusting, cleaning and tiding.

+ The hotel was very clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The food in the restaurant was good quality, if expensive. I would recommend this hotel to friends on the basis of these positive points but with the strong caveat to expect poor service.

- The level of service was much lower than I expected from such a good hotel. Although the staff were friendly they were either inefficient or incompetent. For example, there were two of us staying in the room but I had to ask three times for an additional towel. Dirty glasses were left in the corridors for hours. In the bar the staff spoke no English (not their fault but it made it very difficult to communicate) and had no interest in providing good service (ie. slow, sloppy) and were uninterested when things went wrong (such as bread rolls still being frozen or parts of the meal experiencing long delays). Interestingly we experienced betters levels of service if we ordered food and drinks to be delivered to our rooms rather than taking them in the bar/lounge.

+ The room was slopeview and balcony was very nice with lots of space for storage. The service was excellent and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The service and friendliness from the staff in the inhouse skishop was also excellent.

- The shower in the room was too small. It was a bit disappointing we had to walk 200 meters from the hotel to the skilift along a small and dangerous road. As the hotel is on the slopes, it should be possible to make an easy connection to ski in and out of the hotel. The transport from the hotel was 15 minutes late and took more than two hours to the airport in stead of the advertised one hour and ten minutes.

+ Very good location for ski slopes. Very helpful ski rental staff. very nice reception, bar, cleaners etc. Breakfast very good.

- No control on children playing and shouting in corridors of bed rooms until late at night. Same with parents, who discuss for hours in corridors. Food and drink prices, for most, more expensive then Mzaar Interconti. In Room bar small water LL5000.-why?

+ Good friendly atmosphere, not too big.

- Internet was not working. They need to include a good quality hot chocolate drink.

+ Team worked hard to help us get off the mountain as there was too much snow for skiing and the road was closed according to our contact at Ski Mzaar. Think at another time in better weather this could be a 10 but should not be considered at level of Intercontinental when offered option as services are limited.

- With the limited English of team, sometime communication became a bit of a challenge as unless you asked specific questions as what was happening, they were not openly communicating about snow situation.

+ The location, the staff and the games room.

- We did not get a plug in the bath, in spite of my asking on day one. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready as we arrived at 2.30pm. They promised it would take 30 minutes so we waited.

+ Excellent staff, atmosphere and location.

- There's only one restaurant with quite a limited menu, and there were no services/facilities for kids.

+ - location beside the ski slope - the terrace of the front side of the hotel - service of the hotel (extra bed + use of shower after skiing on check out day) - very kind personal at front desk, cleaning ladies and bar personal

- -dislike is too 'strong' but .....when ordering something in the bar it takes a very long time to get your order advice: more low/lounge seats outside on the terrace would be perfect.
