In the depth of the cedars of Lebanon lies Le Cedrus Hotel, which is a base for snow sports in the winter and nature-filled experiences the rest of the year, such as paragliding. The property overlooks the Qadisha valley, also known as the Valley of the Saints, with major historical points of interest.

The New Year celebration dinner with open premium bar and cotillions is compulsory with any reservation and included in the price quoted online.
Modern wood furniture gives the 40 suites a distinguished yet cozy touch, found in all room types. There are deluxe bedrooms with a living area, junior suites with separate bedrooms and living area, and grand suites with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There’s also an executive suite with one large bed and a set of bunk beds.
Gourmet dining can be found at Le Pichet, the elegant French restaurant with tables around a friendly chimney. The restaurant also serves fine Lebanese and continental cuisine. The Piano Bar features a chimney to create an intimate ambiance, serving a number of drinks, cocktails and snacks.
Activities sponsored by the hotel include guided skidoo tours, skiing excursions, and ATV adventures. There is also the possibility of paragliding over the beautiful cedars of the area in summer.
