One of the most visited and prestigious resorts in Lebanon, the Edde Sand Hotel and Wellness Resort is located in the south of the Byblos city. The hotel and resort is 30km away from the Beirut International airport. Edde Sands hotel and Wellness Resort has VIP swimming pool section where you can relax in a big white and comfortable bed, in addition to 3 adult and 2 children swimming pool. The resort also has 9 deluxe bungalows overlooking the swimming pool and the hotel has 28 rooms, having some of them with direct pool access.

+ The people and the services that they provided us with. The comfort and cleansiness of the rooms. The help that we got from everyone there.

- Not having a spa inside the hotel. We had to go to Edde main establishment to have the spa. This was a bit inconvenient.

+ the site. the infrastructure. the design. the set-up.

- The service. Overpriced as oppose to the provided services. i.e. you can get a way much better service & quality in 7 star resort like Banyan Tree. You need a lot of improvement in services quality area in order to reach an international standard in the luxury resort business yet you are charging premium prices on everything. Be generous with your services, hire double the team that you have especially in the room service and quality control.

- I actually I change my booked from hotel to Bungalow-chalet, I thought as I road this place should be five stars, but I found less then five. If you go to Jordan ant Dead Sea you can see what is the difference.

+ All in all a very pleasant experience. I have to say the staff at Lebanon hotel were always helpful, always friendly.

- $750 per night is a bit much. we are not talking a 5 star hotel suite here... and the patio furniture was not clean.
