Ambassador Suite - L-shape suite, 1 bedroom, king size bed, kitchenette, living room with dinning area, desk, large bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Diplomatic Suite - 1 master bedroom, king size bed, kitchenette, living room with dinning area, desk, large bathroom with Jacuzzi and TV.
Royal Suite - 2 bedrooms, king size bed, small kitchen, large separate living room with dinning area, desk, large bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and TV.
Grand Royal Suite - 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, king size bed, small kitchen, large separate living room with dinning area, desk, large bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and TV.
Imperial Suite Floor - 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms, king size bed, small kitchen, large separate living room with dinning area, desk, large bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and TV.

+ The location was great, close to funky restaurants, bars and excellent shopping.

- The room was noisy. Staying on the floor below the restaurant meant a 5:30am wake up call from furniture being moved around, a generator would randomly start up around the same time, and the mosque was right outside the window. It was in a busy part of the city so street traffic was to be expected.

+ Overall our stay was very enjoyable! I would definitely go back to Etoile Suites.

- When we arrived the room was not completely cleaned, however the team did a great job at resolving the issue. They were very quick to get housekeeping in the room.

+ The staff were excellent - approachable, gregarious and always willing to help. The hotel was in a very convenient part of town and was kept clean. It was a lovely place to return to after a day of sightseeing.

- The staff were always willing to help and did their best to help. However I think it would be useful for the hotel to provide information on transport options and day trips within Lebanon. This is not a fatal flaw, but the information would have enhanced my stay. The hotel was fairly expensive - but having said that, I was extremely happy with the accommodation and the service.
