In an idyllic mountain resort yet not far from the coast, the Grand Hills Village in Broumana is a luxury complex with a wealth of outlets and facilities. The property is also very close to the bustling center of this summer resort, where restaurants, shops and clubs dot the green landscape.
The property has 118 Deluxe rooms and luxury suites. Interestingly each room boasts a different type of décor inspired by a different region of the world. Some rooms feature Asian or African themes, while others have a classical or Middle Eastern theme. The resort is on a hill, meaning all rooms have breathtaking views of the natural scenery and pine woods around the property.
A number of restaurants and bars are found all across the property, offering an international array of dishes to guests. The outlets are as follows:
Le Café – A wide variety of western dishes normally served in a brasserie Pasquale – Delicious Italian antipasti, main dishes and desserts Al Fayez – A truly authentic Lebanese experience with a wealthy meza Au Jasmin – Healthy yet tasty salads and dishes Trishna – Offering Indian cuisine in all its glory Chez Alain – The perfect French Restaurant Hanabi Palace – Asian cuisine with dishes from China and Japan Gym Cafe – Salads and sandwiches with a healthy twist Toppings – Different kinds of crepes and Lebanese ‘manaqeesh’ Starbucks – The popular coffee house Cigar Bar – Drinks, leather sofas and excellent cigars Piano Bar – Ideal for cocktails and listening to the pianist Apnea – Night club and bar with sophisticated audiovisuals
