+ the location was excellent and the room service was fast was good along with the food

- there was no kettle in the room, no tea and the staff never replaced dirty glasses with new ones we had only clean towel in the room the mountain view wasn't really mountain view. we had so many problems to book snowboarding classes - it took us 2 hours to get everything sorted We've tried to extend check-out time, first we were informed that the hotel is booked out, so we can't do it, then they told us if we pay 100USD+VAT we can extend it and the following day the staff asked us to pay 135USD+VAT - lots of misleading information. The size of the room was very small.

+ I always stay at Intercontinental..its cozy and offers convenient stay near the slopes..comfortable and have a nice spa and swimming pool with a lot of activity for the kids..also offers good food so I always book half board then we don't need to go out.

- During the high season and when the hotel is full the housekeeping services as well as room services deteriotates. But what really annoys me as well as many guests that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is not free..more over the cost is 5 USD per each half an hour...for the high price we pay for the hotel at least wi-fi should be free within the hotel premises.

+ The facilities are great especially when travelling with children. They would ski in the morning and spend the afternoon enjoying the pool, arcade and bowling. The ski in ski out option was great and very accommodating. The food was amazing ... and the rooms comfortable, we were in the West Wing.

- The mess that happened and went on when trying to get our equipment from Sport Expert every morning. They don't just get all you stuff at once .. they give you your boots then disappear .. so you have to ask for the rest of the equipment. They give you another thing then disappear again .. and so on.

+ Its not my first time,the location,mood and interior is nice and relaxing.The Lobby is a great place to relax with the family and the pool is nice to have fun with the kids.

- As I said its not my first time but third to stay in Inter. But before I used to stay at the wing rooms in the extension buildings and it was nice, this time I stayed at the main building and when I did the reservation I didn't notice that this room had no windows or view, I felt so bad and didn't like it but it was late,and what made things worse that this room (104) came over the main entrance and I stayed 2 nights wake up till 2 AM because of the valet Parking and people shouting? Also above me was located the main restaurant and at 2 -3 AM they do the clean up, so believe me it was horrible. The room is not good to be a sleeping room in a 5 star hotel but a store room. Please ask the manager of the Hotel to sleep in it for one night on Saturdays.

+ The location is really good and the ski run is perfect especially if you have young children.

- The staff are quite sullen and verge on rude apart from a few exceptions. The room cleaners were quite slack. It's ok, the location makes it the only option with children but if they had competition in the same location it would have to be way better. Quite dated. Would stay there again but only because of the location.
