+ Location was good.

- Since you asked for my review I will be very honest and i would not mind if you'd rather not post my review but i appreciate your attention to this matter. We were very disappointed a lot of dislikes: they gave us 1st a room with two beds although we asked for a double room , we asked to move to a double room. Then the second day they asked if we can re-move to another room. I was surprised that both rooms were VERY SMALL we were obliged to move the chair outside the room to have some place. I asked for a hairdryer not available. Glasses not available. No extra pillows no extra blankets. Nothing is available in the room. The table while we were having breakfast was very dirty, consequently the second day we had breakfast outside while I was sleeping the room service entered my room at 11h. And finally very noisy hotel no comfort while sleeping! Sorry to inform that is it very expensive for that kind of hotel. And again sorry for being honest.

+ This is small friendly family run hotel with the neccesariy facilities for a ski trip holiday. Both breakfast and evenig dinner in the restaurant were a very high standard with fresh produce. You dont really need to eat elsewhere as you will probably be dissapointed! Bathroom facilities are modern high standard. Bedroom wardrobes, TV, safe etc good standard. Good value for money. We will come again

- Our bedroom matrices in room 204 are only average (firm to hard) and if the same throughout the hotel any improvements here would be a significant bennifit.

+ Very Home-like atmosphere due to staff going out of their way to help in any matter.

- They could vary the menu for breakfast a little or offer some options during the day like afternoon and late night tea/coffee corner with and snacks especially for kids.

+ The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was acceptable. On the whole I would say it was good value for money and the close location to the Intercontinental definitely falls in its favour.

- The rooms were too overheated. I had to sleep with the patio door wide open otherwise I would wake up dehydrated after sweating all night. It would have been better for the skiers to have had a chance to eat breakfast earlier than 8am in order to then get out and prepared for the skiing. The breakfast tables were not cleaned from the day before.
