The hotel also has a bar for those who like to warm themselves with a cognac or some wine, particularly after skiing. It is worth noting that the property offers transfers to the ski slopes.

+ We liked the lodge feeling of the hotel. It was quiet (although we may have been the only guests there).

- The price did not reflect the quality of the hotel and customer service. The restaurant was closed when we went down to eat at 8pm. There was no hot water. The power went out on the second day and the staff decided not to turn on the generator. When we asked why, they said they didn't want to pay for it. We asked for a taxi pick-up and the cab arrived over an hour late while we sat in the lobby and the staff smoked hookah and ignored us. Instead of apologizing, the staff offered only excuses. I had stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, but this past visit was so unpleasant that I will not be returning.
