+ Cleanliness of towels, bedsheets, bathroom Serving breakfast in a 3 stars hotel (light breakfast)

- Small rooms/bathrooms. No elevator, my room was in the highest floor, so need to climb 3 floors using the stairs. Location: need car/taxi for ski slopes.

+ 1) The friendly owner and his mom-in-law that chatted with us gave this hotel a very informal and family atmosphere which we liked 2) Because there is a 'restaurant' (if it isn't a restaurant, they regardless prepared meals for us that was available) we didn't starve or de-hydrate on the 2 days we were snowed-in or didn't feel like the effort to arrange a taxi to go out 3) the large common area was ideal to chill, read a book, play games with the children on the days we wanted to avoid the queuing at the slopes or were snowed-in 4) rooms were serviced

- Only the logistics to get to the ski-slopes. Although 5 min drive doesn't sound far, it is very far considering you don't have a car (and would not have driven in anyway had we one, because of the road conditions and traffic jams in snow - keeping in mind it was the most snow in 30 yrs when we went in Feb), and there was miscommunication regarding the transfer from the hotel to the slopes. 1st we had to arrange a taxi until the hotel found out they could arrange it directly with the taxis and get a voucher through Skileb. Then the Hotel arranged it with the taxi the night before, and we had to reconfirm on the morning because we had a situation when we arranged a taxi and someone took it. Given the lengthy queues at the chairlifts, we wanted to be at the slopes @ 8, which was a challenge. And then it also happened that on 1 day there was chaos on the road, and no taxi wanted to take us back because it took 3 hrs from the hotel and back - walking with all your ski-gear downhill (there are no lockers at the slopes for your gear) with children this was not easy - we begged a ride from a very friendly guy from Beirut in the end

- Limited breakfast, charging extra for cheese, eggs, and water bottles at breakfast.

+ The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very relaxed and I was made to feel like I was 'home'.

- I was of the understanding that transfers between the slopes and hotel would be provided. Whilst we had lifts up the mountain, it would have been nice to have transport back down the mountain in the afternoon.
