+ The hotel staff is excellent and the location is very convenient. The rooms are massive and well designed and provide excellent value for money.

- In the large suit the shower is very small and having two single beds pushed together as a queen bed is high annoying and uncomfortable.

- I wish I knew there was lots of construction going on around the hotel because that made a LOT of noise especially in the morning.

+ The staff is very generous in this hotel. They allowed me 2 hrs extra late check out and when I arrived my room was ready for check in, even though it was 10am. They immediately delivered the room service drinks and were more than accommodating when I had to leave my bags after my check out time. They placed them in a locked room in front of the counter and this was an excellent way to ensure safety. This hotel is on a quiet street which is good for privacy in Hamra/Bliss area. Close to the hotel are pharmacies, many many restaurants, AUB, as well as shopping and dining in Hamra. If you require a taxi you will not wait more than 5 minutes as there are two major roads close by. Not to mention you are within 1 block of the AUB Hospital if God forbid you have an accident or fall ill. You will not find a better hotel in this region within Hamra for the money you pay. Highly recommended.

- There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, so far the marks are tops!

+ The rooms are beautiful and it's on a quiet dead end street so you don't hear the horns of bliss or Hamra as much. The hotel is new and is very clean. The bed is HUGE!!! even in the small suite, and the options (dvd player, stereo, full cutlery) is excellent. This hotel is top notch.

- I disliked only that the shower leaked on the floor a bit when you showered. The breakfast was a bit weak. Croissants and Jam with juice and coffee is hardly a free breakfast. However, it can be managed.
