Which services do you provide?
At Lebanon-Hotels, you can book all travel-related services except flights. We provide airport transfers, accommodations (hotels, apartments, chalets, etc.), car rental, daily tours, ski trips, holiday insurance and all-inclusive packages with fixed itineraries.
How do I proceed to book my stay?
Usually it wouldn't take you more than 3 steps to book any of the offered services:
1- SELECT HOTEL/PACKAGE:
After choosing your arrival and return dates, select the number of persons and click on the desired hotel or package to obtain additional information.
2- CALCULATE PRICE:
Complete your booking information by selecting your preferred accommodation along with the number and type of rooms. The system will then invite you to select additional services like airport transfers, daily excursions, car rental, etc. Finally, choose to calculate your price.
3- BOOK IT:
Once you agree on the price and the booking conditions, you need to provide your personal information. The system will immediately assign a unique booking number and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
And what happens next?
After requesting your booking in Step 3, one of these two cases will occur:
|If our reservations system finds immediate availability, you will be redirected to the secure payment page in order to finalize the booking. Your booking status will first be set to "Awaiting Full Payment" and few hours later to "Print Voucher" once payment is processed. You will be notified by email.
||If the requested accommodation or services need verification, our travel assistant will get back to you within few hours to confirm availability or suggest alternatives. At this stage your booking status will be "Checking Availability". When availability is confirmed, you will be informed by email and your status will be set to "Awaiting Full Payment". You will have 24 hours during which you need to sign in and submit your payment details.
What does the voucher mean?
In either of the above mentioned cases, and once all payment(s) are settled, your final booking status will be set to "Print Voucher". This voucher acts as a final proof of booking and must be kept with you during your stay. The booking leader name and all requested services will be communicated to the suppliers so you simply need to show your voucher for verification purposes. How can I track my reservation once submitted?
Sign in using this page by submitting your email used during the booking and your assigned booking number. You will then be able to:
- Check the Status of your booking
- Make necessary payments and print your Receipt Voucher
- Cancel your booking if needed
- Subscribe to our free newsletter and receive the latest updates and hot deals

We guarantee 100% secure booking when you make a reservation through this site. Our powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology ensures that your name, and credit card details cannot be read while the information travels over the Internet. Your information will not be misused or intercepted by other third parties; your credit card information will be transmitted only to our reservation center.
What if I book my trip and then need to cancel it?
You can choose to cancel your booking after Signing-In to My Account and clicking on the "cancel booking" link. Each package, hotel or service has its own cancellation policy which will be shown during the booking process. You cannot finalize your booking unless you explicitly accept the full Conditions of Booking.
